Use Admin → System → Language to get language maint. tool.
Enter SSN in filter for constants and search.
When SSN entry is displayed, enter your translation (e.g. Omang) and save.
If you need that error fixed, you need to describe how you ‘managed’ to ‘fix’ the column. Maybe you discovered a flaw in emr scripts.
Two standard options if SSN is not applicable to your country -
Option 1.
In layout editor select demographics layout
Mark SSN field as unused
Add a new field with whatever you need to call with desired description.
Select ‘patient list columns’ list in list editor.
Replace ‘ss’ or ‘ssn’ entry with new column.
Option 2. (I wrongly assumed you did this.)
In layout editor for ss field change description to whatever you need.
Add translation (per my suggestion) to make sure the description is correctly replaced throughout the system.

Do you want to change SSN to omang in patient finder screen . Go to Admin->forms->List then Select Patient list columns option. Modify title what you want
