How to connect wordpress with openemr

I may suggest telemedicine is a beast on its own, I am in search of SNOMED CT standard telemedicine work flow from the intake on and once finalized I will post.

Ok, it seems so far the onsite patient portal in openemr does not support php74 yet. That is why I have been getting the error message. The developers, @sjpadgett is working on this.

Updated 5.0.2 portal to support PHP 7.4. Tested on PHP 7.4.6. Will be in 5.0.2(4).

Awesome, this patch actually fixed a problem submitting information via the portal. It now works great.

Cool! Now, that wasn’t so bad.:slight_smile:

Still trying to play piano with your foot?:slight_smile:

No, now, my foot now is up in the air, where the surgeon told me to keep it. It now has a lot of hardware. :no_mouth:
I did learn my lesson. Next time, go to a friends how and play their piano!

Ouch! Sorry, I didn’t realise it was that bad. Guess we know where my foot is about now!

Well, more time for me to test openemr and update documentation and be at the developers beck and call literally, I will be non weight bearing for two months. Which means the whole summer in Buffalo, NY. Hence, send little jobs my way if you would like.

Well, job one is moving out of Buffalo, NY! :slight_smile: Ya might think about leaving the darn piano behind too!
Kidding. I’m sure the community will appreciate any contributions to documentation as I do. Testing as well

Hi Orlando,
Glad the patch helped out.
Once patch 4 is officially released then your About version will reflect the new patch level and welcome to the community.

@Craig_Tucker
I would like to bring your attention to this thread on github:

Would you work with me on this?

TIA

Sandra

Hi there, I would like to help regarding the CMS portal (onsite portal seems to be nice but I prefer the off site way regarding sécurity). May I help for test ? (good knowledge to use OEMR & WP but french native speaker
)

I don’t know where this notion comes from but it’s simply not true!

Sorry, I’m not an expert and maybe wrong. As it serves on the same site than OEMR, it needs to open the OEMR site access from the web. I was thinking that it was more secure to restrict access to OEMR site and let an access only from OEMR to WP to download entries and integrate it to OEMR.

yeah, form that point of view, you’re right. I just don’t like WP sites. Not because of the WP CMS framework so much as WP sites attract hackers like moths to a flame!:slight_smile:
Sorry for misunderstanding.

@sjpadgett @Brahim
I agree, with both, that is why I believe it should be the end user’s choice, since it is the end user’s responsibility.

Also, removing all other portals, would also affect ZHHealthcare, no?

Anyway, regarding the WP site, if the data is stored temporarily in a WP database, then would it still be exposed to hackers? Because once it is moved to the openemr database then it is more protected.+

Correct, there’s no perfect solution. I’m trying to install OEMR in France for schools & medical practice which is a great solution. To have the choice is the best solution.
I’ve never really used the onsite portal and will take some times this week to know it more.

I am really liking the onsite portal.
But I would like the opportunity to compare it with the WP portal.
