How to connect openEMR with mirth over MLLP

Situation
I want to send vital signs information from over portal to OpenEMR (that installed over server) with mirth channel (MLLP). Please help, like how can I enable mllp connection in OpenEMR that and from where I can get MLLP credentials.

Operating System
OpenEMR: Installed on Linux
Mirth: Installed on Windows

I am also trying to connect the Open EMR Cloud Express output to Mirth Channels.

Did you get any luck in this aspect. If so please share your learnings so it would help me move faster.
