How to change the country currency symbol in patient drug dispensary

Please, i will like to know which file is to be edited in other to change the dollar sign to another country currency symbol as seen in the attached picture.

hi again @Quantice , Turns out the currency symbol in the prescription will not be translated either. So, I made a quick fix for it to use the Currency Designator setting that @growlingflea pointed out.
