How to add groups

I have looked for documentation on how to add a group for the group therapy.
It is not obvious to me how to do this. On the calendar add/edit event there is a group tab and I can’t find where to enter groups.

Group therapy allows appointments and other event to work with a group of patient and not with specific patient.You can enable Group therapy in Administration->Globals->Appearance check Enable Group Therapy.
