How to add a custom textbox in prescription?

How do i add a new textbox in the add prescription tab?
So basically i want to add a custom textbox that exists alongside “drug”, “sig”, “notes”, etc. (When i add a drug to the prescription)
I also want this textbox to be printed alongside the others when I print the prescription.
How do i do this?

I have seemed to have run into this error when i clicked on Manage Modules:

ERROR :
