How do I get an ENCOUTER status 'closed'?

Hi !
I’ve been checking any OpenEMR feature, it’s so great

I’ve checked into : Reports → Visits → Encounters

and I got this

Status column is OPEN or EMPTY, is it ok ?

I’ve billed them thinking it was going to close it , but I see I was wrong

Any advice ?

I was strolling by and thought I would answer this question. If you go to the appointment for that date of service. Change the status there and let me know if the status on this report changes.

but I dont find menu to get that ?

Maybe : Visits → Daily Report ?

My apologies. The status of closed comes after a claim has been generated for the encounter.
