How do I create a new Oauth2 application?

Hello,

I need to be able to register a new Oauth2 application and generate a clientId and clientSecret for API integration with Open EMR.

It looks like some settings are available under Global → Settings → Connectors, and other settings are under Administration → System → API clients. Is there any documentation on how to configure this?
