How do I activate REST on OpenEMR?

I’m afraid that is not a useful question. REST is a development interface model not something you “activate”. What are you trying to accomplish? OpenEMR uses REST and SOAP interface models to access other systems per their specs and there is a API that is out there, though not integrated yet that was developed so an iPAD app could access OpenEMR.

No magic bullets here.
