How close is 4.0 to being finished?

I’m debating on whether or use 3.2 or 4.0? There are a lot of new features in 4.0 but how stable is it? Are there significant portions not coded or what stage of development is it in? Anyone have idea?

Hey
I recommend going with 4.0.  I have more than 50 providers on the same and it is stable.  Any work that you would like to do is a welcome addition.
