How can I add Facility to Demogr Choices?

In Admin - Layout - Demographics you can select to use one of the "User defined lists" or create a new list as an "Add New Field" within whichever group you wish after creating the new "List" as "Facilities"  in Admin - Lists - Add List.  Note that you must fill in the various selections for UOR etc, and label same.   Version 3.1.0 allows you to make the field a "Text w/ Add" type, which I would suggest.

Also note that there is no logical inference in OpenEMR associating that list with any other Facility info within OpenEMR unless you yourself develop that association.  Hope that helps.
