how can create location wise patient registration and users creation

Can you explain in a little detail pl what you want to accomplish?
you mean you want to sort out pts location wise?
we have a 3 branches, need to create staff login branch wise and also patient registration as well.

OpenEMR has a Multiple Sites Module which supports using the same OpenEMR instance for more than just the default site. It makes the EMR URL specify the site being logged into, so I believe would provide the separate collections of users and patients.
