Hi I have read a lot of threads and talked to many developers and it seems everyone is using Amazon Web Services (EC2/S3) for hosting.
I am wondering if there are any other HIPAA compliant hosts that are as good as Amazon?
I’ve talked to some other companies like http://onlinetech.com/ but it seems more expensive and they only have 1 data center.
I understand that Google Cloud is HIPAA compliant but I’m not sure if it can run openEMR*

Rod’s CMS Portal had been designed for a more secure Patient Portal. There is no reason why one cannot create the WordPress website without adding the Patient Portal. See Wiki article . Sounds like the only monetary outlay is for the domain name and SSL certificate.
A search for “web hosting” will bring up a number of threads.
