I have repeated “hidden” appointment every wednsday and friday at 9.25am which is for a few minutes only and i cannot see what it is but is affecting the visual of the appointments at 9am and 9.30 am. how can i troubleshoot this please? Not sure if it is related to provier or patint category.

More details please on the behavior of the ‘hidden’ appointment. If it’s hidden what do you see that tells you it exists?
Is it a patient appointment or a scheduled provider time block? How is it affecting the other appointments?
