Hi ! Getting recomendation for "payment-in-advance" Encounters

In Peru, almost all patients must pay before being treated, that is, in private consultations. so I plan to include an indicator in the Encounter Window to show when it’s already paid.
Any advice ?

Show currency icon with colors indicating account balance (green:positive, normal:0, red:negative). Add title as payment history so users can see details with hover.

Great Idea !
And I think that currency indicator could be next to name so any employee could see if patient has a debt

You’re absolute right on it !
BUT sadly doctors are so “special” , at least here
and a stronger “DUE” indicator is needed, I’m thinking maybe blocking encounters if due .
