Do you know if you are needing Clinicial Decision Support Hooks?
We as Project Administrators are looking to build more enhanced CDS support for third party apps and automation as part of our US ONC certification but need sponsors to help fund the effort. From what your describing it sounds like this might be a worthwhile effort to collaborate on.
We may work on implementing them in the future, but the focus is now on lab interfaces and feature enhancements.

I do some work (in the middle of a project now) but as an admin I typically do more to provide training to development teams on FHIR and OpenEMR customizations instead of working directly with end-users. We have several professional vendors that have done lab integration and most of them are capable of providing feature enhancements.
I’m sure you’ll hear from other professional support vendors who work with OpenEMR. Often times they will loop us in if the project involves larger scale work for the project community. At times they can get busy, if you don’t hear from anyone, private message me and I’ll see if I can connect you with some options. I don’t typically call out companies publicly here in order to maintain neutrality as an admin.
