Help to find problem_enconter.php file in the system interface

I need to test /interface/patient_file/problem_encounter.php but I’m not sure where is the UI that execute this php file. Can some one give me a clue how to find out.

select a patient then on the left nav go to popups (all the way to the bottom) then select Issues
