Help Prescrition Report

Good morning, I’m having a problem with the prescription report. It only shows me the name and surname of a single patient, not all of them, that is to say only the first line of the report shows me the complete data with name and surname. The rest all the data but the first and last name blank, even tmapoco shows the patient ID.

Did someone else do the same thing to you?

Hi elpeladogeek,

If we add more than one Prescriptions for single patient. The prescription report will display first name and last name for the first prescription and not for remaining in OpenEMR version 5.0 . As shown in the screen shot.
