Help Needed: Internal Server Error when Registering and Enabling API Client

Hi OpenEMR Community,

I’m encountering an issue while trying to register and enable an (Standard) API client in OpenEMR. When I attempt to do so, I receive an HTTP status code 500 (Internal Server Error).

But I able to see the Client (FHIR API) , and could not see the client with Standard API Access.

Could someone please provide guidance on troubleshooting this error? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This may be due to confiuration/setup inssue in registering the client. Please ensure your client registered and configured successfully by manually checking all the mandatory fields by checking the Apache server error log for details.
