After installing and configurig ZH Healthcare offsite portal, I continu getting the following connection error:

  1. Check Offsite UserName And Password Stored In Administration->Globals->Portal
  2. Enable soap extenion in php.ini file
  3. Check Your Domain Name Or IP Address (OpenEMR should host in a static IP Or Dedicated Domain Name. Patient Portal Not Support localhost or internal IP)
  4. Check your site ID(Patient portal registed site folder and openemr site folder should be same.)

I have a Hosted OpenEMR 4.2 with Hostpapa, with no access to create a VPN connection.

Thanks in advance for any Urgent help.

Cheers.

Attempted to enable off-site portal on my test copy, 4.2.0 Demo & one of the Up For Grabs Demo’s.

Instead of loading the registration page of the portal, error message “INVALID USER NAME OR/AND PASSWORD.” appeared with a white screen for all 3 attempts.

There is a possibility that the ZH Portal may not be functioning properly.

If VPN is unavailble for the ZH Portal, it would be safer to use the CMS Portal to safeguard confidentialty of patient records.

Hi,

Did you configure the VPN connectivity from your server to our Portal server?

Got only as far as first step to enable off-site portal in Globals.

The problem with invalid username/password was corrected when the default username, admin, was deleted.

After clicking Portal Activity from the Menu, no registration page, only redirected to mydocsportal.com.

Jacob fixed a similar problem in this post.

I don’t need a portal for our practice. Just going through the mechanics to help OP.

Can we have access to your EMR? You can just create a user for us and mail to vinish@zhservices.com. We just wanted to check from your end.

Hi,
Can we have a screen sharing session, preferably using TeamViewer, to check the issue? Can you let me know you convenient time?

I will have to decline your kind offer. We have no need of a patient portal, not even in our test copy.

Perhaps you can test on the 4.2.0 Demo. Credentials are admin, pass.

The original poster has not taken the opportunity to ask you other questions. No reason for me to expend any more effort in the interim.
