Hello, I am new here. We operate a chain of Rehabilitation and Wellness centers in India. We are planning to migrate to Open-EMR and wanted check if one feature is available. We conduct risk assessments of individuals across corporates and use this data to tail make health and wellness solutions for them. So wanted to see if Health Risk Assessment (HRA) is available in Open-Emr or if anyone has integrate if for their use.

There is no such feature in Openemr but I am developing that feature one of my client and yes its possible to identify the health risk for the patient.
