Head Circumference Graph plots 17 inches after 6 months of age regardless of measured and documented value

Here is on example / it appears that the graph value gets ‘stuck’ at a prior value even though the entered values in EHR are different

Interestingly we have noticed this only with head circumference - length weight etc are fine

Is this one patient? Are the blue dots the data which has been entered into the patient vitals chart?
