Thank you for adding the additional code modification. Here are my findings:
After adding the code, the MODIFIER now shows on both text and PDF versions:
But… the text description of the code is blank.
Also, I have discovered one additional area where the modifier and text description are needed but are absent: patient ledger, see below:
