Having problem activating with ICD10

Hi everyone,

Current version of OpenEMR is 7.0.2(3)
Issue: I click on the link “this location” which direct me to cms.gov website. I clicked around and there is no file for me to download the ICD10 database zip file.

The files that are currently in the contribut/ICD10 folder has the following message “The staged files release dates are not all from the same release.”. I’ve tried moving the files around to see it I can get it to work, but couldn’t.

So how can it get it to work if I cannot find the zip file from the site?

Hi, there is so much information you are leaving out. Is this an upgrade or a patch situation?

Your folder on the server should look like this

Hi @juggernautsei ,

Downloaded and installed 7.0.2, then downloaded the patch number 7.0.2 (3), and ran the php update.

Looking at the repo vs what is in my ICD10 folder, it still had the old file “Zip File 3 2024 ICD-10-PCS Codes File.zip”. Once I deleted the old file it is working.
