Dear All. I need to have growth charts for children to assess their growth in my clinic. However, I could not find charts that were previously located in Clinical/ Vitals.
Activating User Debug option resulted no success.
Is there anybody helping me, please?

Can you share a screenshot to throw us a bone to figure out what went wrong? Have you searched the message threads for clues?
The graphs appear for patients under 20 years of age.
It is what I need, growth charts for children and adolescents. I could however not find an option to create a graph from the data.
In the example you show, the patient is 51 years old. For those under 20, the option appears perfectly. This image is from the site:

The growth chart appears only for patients from 0 to 20 years old, if the patient is older than 20 years old, it does not appear. In my example the patient is 7 years old, in yours the patient is 51 years old.
