Hello,
I’m pretty new to openemr. I just installed it on my justhost.com server.
Everything looks ok when i log in with English language selected but if I login with Greek Language
everything appears as ‘?’. I thought it was my computer and I tried to enable all greek fonts from Regional and Language settings but didn’t work. tried to login from another pc but nothing. I also installed patch of 3.1 just in case but didn’t work either…

I noticed that the demo openemr works just fine in Greek and it looks much better!! Is that the unstable version?

Thanks for your time

hey,
Did you create the database before installing OpenEMR, or did you create the database during the setup.php script? The setup.php script will automatically create a UTF8 character set database(as long as you don’t set the ‘UTF-8 Collation’ to ‘None’). If you create your own database, then ensure you create a UTF8 character set database (many hosts will default to latin1 character set, which doesn’t support greek letters).
