Hi the screenshot was create it on Photoshop using Bruce Galpin Google+ UI witch you can find here http://shrapp.nl/post/google-plus-ui-buttons . All I did was take a screenshot from OpenEMR cut the menus and other stuff and replace it with the Google+ UI.

No code yet, I’m not a programmer but I do have some html & css knowledge and I think that can get me started.
