Globals page search

In Administration->Globals, We can search for options through search option in the Top right corner. While searching we found that current search checks for
1.Label name.
2.Title(Displayed on hover) of the option.
Isn’t it sufficient if we provide search only by Label names? Does search by title add any value to the end user?
Because having both creates confusion for users. During the search I performed, i was confused seeing a text highlighted with no match to the search word i entered.

Not sure about the end user, but searching the title has helped me look for globals.
