Getting $0 values for Charge Sheet CPT4 codes

I am using the Charge sheet and not the Fee sheet. It’s for personal reasons.
The problem is that only when I save the Fee Sheet can I get the actual price of the CPT4 code other then $0.
So basically I am getting $0 for the CPT4 codes unless I click save to save the Fee sheet. This is per patient too. So I have to re-save the Fee Sheet for every patient even though I only want to use the Charge sheet.
