Front Office Calendar Permissions

Is there a way to limit Front Office users to only be able to access the calendars of providers in their default facility? For example, I want the front office users in my clinic to only have access to the doctors working in the clinic, and NOT the doctors in the main hospital building as well. I did a bunch of searching and looked at the ACL stuff but I’m drawing blanks.
