I would like contribute something. Since I don’t program in pure PHP but a PHP Framework(Laravel) I’m kinda useless with the exception of Spanish Translation. So I’ll upload a WorkFlow diagram I make that should be good for various offices. Hope that it helps someone out.

nice flow diagram @Frank_Barcenas , a little confused on the Patient has an EMR? maybe this was from translation but it’s always good to get new info from the person even if they are already in the EMR
Basically that means, Does the patient have an Electronic Medical Record? or in other words, does he exist in the system?
