Our next v7.0.0 patch(2) will include a new Questionnaire/Assessment FHIR and encounter form feature.
Using the builder from instructions or any SDC compliant FHIR Questionnaire resource builder you can create adaptive and static assessments with scoring and conditionals.
I don’t think we would want yet another form templating engine in core openemr to support especially for fee forms. However, if somebody wanted to do the integration as a module then that’d be my suggested way to integrate.
