Firewall and proxy OR password

Hi -

When I login using: OpenEMR Login

When I login using the open emr APP, I get a reply that its my firewall or proxy

Either way I cannot get in.

It says my username and/or password is incorrect, even though I am 100% it is.

I’m not an IT, I run a very small Nursing clinic for the homeless. I got an IT person to donate time to download this program. But I don’t have an ongoing IT to help with any snags. I’m pretty good at following directions (Nurse) and I’m sure I can do it on my own if anyone can offer some step by steps - assuming this is an easy fix Whether it is on how to : reset a password or how to fix the firewall/proxy

Any help will do ?
