Finding a specific custom form

Hi guys
Any chance to know if a custom LBF could display on same Encounter detail page CIE10 and meds prescribed ?.
I need because : Medical indication and notes, ICE10 codes and prescribed medicines must be linked to that Encounter identification id.
Any advice ?

Hi @Fernando_Guerra ,
The answer is yes it can but you have to build the JS to make it happen. The LBF has a JS injection system so that forms can be dynamic and pull in data from other parts of the system. If you study these examples. You should be able to pull data from where you want in the system and put it in the LBF.
