I hope I put this in the right place! We use “Find Next Available” a lot when we schedule, suddenly today it is acting very oddly. You can use, and select the provider, do the search, select the appointment, save it, everything. But after it saves, it is not appearing on the calendar. If you go to the patient that you just scheduled for, and look at upcoming appointments. It says, their next appointment is 00/00/0000. The time is correct, even the say of the week that you scheduled for (ie Wednesday vs. Friday) but the date is all zeroes. Which with an all zero date, I guess it makes sense that it’s not popping up on the calendar. But I haven’t seen any other post that details this issue, so I’m really stumped.
