On the calendar page I want to add a field to choose the specialty of the suppliers, and when choosing I filter the suppliers that are in that specialty, is there a way to do it?

You can create facilities. If there are more than 1 facility created - it will show a drop down above the Providers drop down.
So once you select a facility - the providers drop down will show only providers belong to that selected facility. As shown in the image.

No, that is not my doubt: it adds a new field called specialty: pediatrician, psychologist, etc. and depending on what is chosen, the provider is filtered

Adding New field - cannot be done in UI configuration.
But however we can achieve the same - by customizing the code.
