Just want to give back to this community a bit.
The Fee Sheet is very powerful and configurable with little effort. I have attached 2 files to demonstrate how to add “quick pick lists” to the Fee sheet. This involves modifying the “Fee Sheet” list found under: Administration → Forms → Lists → Fee Sheet.
