Open emr 2.8.1
When I save patient demographics I get the following :
Fault: Code: 5 Reason ‘Didn’t receive 200 OK from remote server. (HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found)’
However the information is saved.

Are you using SQL-Ledger? If so, you’ll need to start with your Apache error log to see what’s going on – a common problem is missing Perl modules. Otherwise disable accounting in config.php.

I had 2.8.1 installed with sql-ledger.
I upgraded to the 2.8.2-dev version. But with the issus with it I decieded to revert back to 2.8.1.
Did the break the sql-ledger/openemr connection?
Should I go back and reinstall the perl modules? I didn’t do that when I did the switching.
Should I go back and completely reinstall everything? This is a new server going live with so now would be the time to do that.
