Fatal error after install Uncaught Error Class

After installation of OpenEMR i get re-directed to the login page, but the following error prevents the page from loading:

Fatal error : Uncaught Error: Class “Laminas\Mvc\View\Http\ViewManager” not found

I am using the latest version of OpenEMR with php 8.3 on CloudLinux v7.9.0 STANDARD standard

Hi @actiononline How did you install OpenEMR? It looks like you are missing some php composer packages which needs to be installed from the command line.
