Situation
Dear All
Hi. After a reinstalling my pc OS (Windows 10 64-bit), I chose to reinstall OpenEMR to its latest version as well. The latest version is 7.0.2. The former version was OpenEMR 5.0.2. The problem is I could not restore the database backup from version 5 of the application to the newer one version 7.

While waiting for somebody else to respond you might try searching the forum for previous similar posts; looks like at least a few of the returns could be relevant. And refining the search could be even more helpful.
