After upgrade from 4.2.2 to 7.0.2. I checked Admin-Forms-Form Administration Eye Exam not registered nor installed. I clicked to register and it showed registered. I clicked install db and this is what I got: “ERROR: could not open table.sql, broken form? Registered” Thanks
By the way, 17 form_eye_* tables exists in the db.
Never mind. I think I got it. I had to modify the eye_mag registry in the registry table. It seems working now. Thanks.
