Eye Exam - editing the List: Eye Coding Terms

Attempting to edit the list “Eye Coding Terms”. When the column ‘Code(s)’ is clicked upon, a search box pops up. This search box offers ICD10 Diagnoses, CPT codes, CVX etc. as search choices.

In which Table / List does this search box search?

I tried adding Myopia to the ‘codes’ table, but this search box didn’t see it.

You have to add the ICD-10 codes first.
Administrator->Other->External Data Loads
Just do ICD-10.
You have to add CPT yourself as AMA charges fees.
