Exporting Data from OpenEMR to Aprima

Hello,
I am looking for help in exporting all patient data from OpenEMR to Aprima (www.aprima.com).
Our office is merging with another Doctors’ group that is currently using Aprima. It has been decided that we will all be using Aprima. I need to know how to export the patient data to import to the new software.

Thank you,

Steven

Large volume data transfer into another EHR should be left to professionals.

There will be other merger problems lying in wait for your group. Best not to have the transfer be one of them. See Certified Contributors.

Best of luck. Hope the transition goes smoothly.

Hello J. Defoe,

For data migrations we can make use of Mirth tool

Best to ask APRIMA for information. On their website they give the impression to be very efficient and compliant with the latest. They must have some sort of tool to get information from other DATABASE to include in APRIMA. MySQL is one of the many easy to understand structures of gathered information, one of the many advantages of Open Source products is that you can find everything as long as you understand the basics of the program.

You only need to have the Database of patient information. Not all connections and not related issues like referrals connections etc.
