Existing patients do not generate when creating a new appointment

Good morning all,
Thanks for the support!
Unfortunately, not everything is present in the Wiki. We have deployed OpenEMR but still have some problems using it. For example, when I add a new appointment and I select existing patient, the system does not generate the list of patients I have added previously. When I search for them by name, phone and/or any other string, it does not show me the patients I have added in the system. Any idea why this is happening?

Welcome to the community.
In current OpenEMR stable version, in the patient search screen, to search by first name - you need to enter ‘,’ and then followed by the first name to search. For example, in your case search by ‘,Omar’.
But to search by ‘lastname’ you can just enter the lastname and hit search.

This issue has been resolved in the development version of OpenEMR , probably will be available in next patch release.
