Existing patients do not generate when creating a new appointment

Good morning
Thanks for the support!
Unfortunately, not everything is present in the Wiki. We have deployed OpenEMR but still have some problems using it. For example, when I add a new appointment and I select existing patient, the system does not generate the list of patients I have added previously. When I search for them by name, phone and/or any other string, it does not show me the patients I have added in the system. Any idea why this is happening?

Regards,

To add a patient’s name from Patient Finder (2nd attachment), use last name. If you are going to use first name as filter, the first name must be preceded by a comma.

Another way to set a patient’s name to an appointment is to navigate from that Patient Summary to the Calendar. The patient’s name will automatically populate the Patient field in the Add Event dialog box.

If you wish to find appointments for a certain patient, use the search in the top left of the Calendar.
