Error saving issue / medication data

Hi!
Anytime I tried to set up or change a date into issue/medication patient data, that date doesn’t save.
Check this

that’s my beggining date

BUT after saving it

ARO

Date is shown as : 00/00/0000 00:00

Any comment/help about it ?

I will test this in the demo system OpenEMR Demo. If I am every having a problem and trying to decide if there is a bug or I just have my configuration incorrect. I go checkout the demo.
Ok, this does not happen in the demo.
Please apply patch 1 to your system and this error will be resolved.

I’ll try it later because I’ve customized several details on my current installation

Rx forms
Medication includes now a ATC table ruled by Health REgulatory in Peru
Plan Care Format too

So I have to check them to be untouched after this upgrade
