When submitting an insurance claim using an HCPCS code, we are getting the “Error: No Admission Date Entered!” message. We cannot find where this date is missing.
Does anyone have any guidance for this message?
This may be related to my other post where we are not able to save a revenue code against an HCPCS code on the fee sheet. If anyone has seen this before, would love to hear your feedback.
