Error in Eye Exam Module

Situation
Eye Exam module not loading correctly.
Shows these errors:

Only the following small forms open - Mental Status, Vision, Tension, Amsler, Fields, Pupils.
There are 2 loading icons above this and 1 below this . Followed by a row of buttons(Defaults, text, draw, quick picks, first visit) and one more loading icon.

Compared with the demo at https://demo.openemr.io/openemr/index.php (which works fine for me)
HPI, PMSFH, External Exam, anterior Segment, Retina, Neuro, Impression/Plan ALL do not load for my local installation.

What might be the problem ? Is it the error ?

I am runnng this on the latest download of XAMPP

Was there anything pertinent in them?

I tried the same Eye Exam form in https://demo.openemr.io/openemr/index.php on the same browser and same computer. It opens correctly.

If the code is same, looks like I have a problem with the XAMPP settings ??

Its is php version error you can use ini_set(‘display_errors’,false); in globals.php begining of code.
