Major billing issues with 5.0.2 - Please help

Hi @Joel @stephenwaite @juggernautsei @nursejeff @PeggyG @jjalb and anyone wishing to test this fix for us. I have found numerous bugs in Batch Payments where many issues, seen and unseen, will occur. This is a major revision to Batch Payments.
