Situation
If I open a patient and go to encounter > administrative > fee sheet
And add a procedure. Then try to delete it, it causes it to replicate the procedure entry and sometimes it would replicate multiple times instead of deleting.
Eg I added a procedure with description as “Established Patient minimal” and saved. That saved fine.
I went back to the patient fee sheet and attempted to delete it by placing a tick in the box and clicking save and it reloaded with 2 entries.
I tried it again and it reloaded with 3 entries. I tried it again and now there are 9 entries.
This is happening with all patients.
It isn’t restricted to deleting. If I used the Refresh button at the bottom of the page and the page refreshes and I scroll down, it would also create duplicates of the fees that were entered in the encounter.
OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 7.0.3 (4)
